In the email or other Apps, long press the zip file and select "Open in iZip". iZip will automatically start and display the content of the zip file. You can then extract the file in iZip.
Select files by taping the
on the left side of a row(a
will display, tap again to unselect). Tap the
button on the toolbar to compress selected files into a new zip file. You can also email the newly created zip file by tapping the
button on the toolbar.
In the Local Files window, tap on the row of the zip file to view its content.
After opening a zip file, tap
on the toolbar to extract the zip file. You can also just extract the selected files from the zip file. After the files are extracted, the window will navigate to the parent folder where the zip file was extracted. You can open the newly extracted folder to view its contents.
If a zip file is protected by a password, iZip will automatically prompt you to enter the password when you try to extract it. iZip supports both plain and AES password protected files.
You can select Zip With Password or Zip With AES Password when you zip files. iZip supports both plain and AES password protected files.
By default, iZip will prompt you every time whether to use a password when you create a zip file. You can change the default settings in the Settings. First go to the Main Screen and tap Settings button on the tool bar. Select Zip Settings.
In Local Files, tap on the row of the file to view its content. Supported files include PDF, image files, DOC, EXCEL, PPT, TXT, HTML, and Video files.
In the File Content View Window, tap the
on the toolbar to open the file using other Apps.
In Local Files, tap the Editing button on the upper right corner to enter Editing Mode. In Editing Mode, you can Add a new folder, Rename a file, Sort files, Move files and Delete files. After you are done, tap the Done button to exit Editing Mode.
In Local Files, tap the Search button on the upper right corner and enter the file name. Matched files will be displayed in the list.
In Editing Mode, tap the Sort button on the tool bar. You can sort files by Created Time, Size, File Type, and File Name.
Select the files and then tap Send button on the tool bar. Select Send in Email.
Select the files and then tap Send button on the tool bar. Select Send to Dropbox. Your login to Dropbox is required for the first time.
Connect your iPad/iPhone to your computer and open iTunes. Select your device on iTunes and click Apps. Scroll down to File Sharing and select iZip. Click "Add..." button to upload files.
Connect your iPad/iPhone to your computer and open iTunes. Select your device on iTunes and click Apps. Scroll down to File Sharing and select iZip. Select the files you would like to download and then click "Save to..." button to download the selected files.
After a document is opened, tap
button to select a supported printer to print the document.
In Camera Roll, select your album. Select the image file to view. Swipe or tap Next/Previous button to navigate all photos.
In Camera Roll, select your album. Select the video file to play.
In Local Files, select the images. Tap
on the toolbar to save them to your photo album.
In Itunes Music, select the playlsit. Select the songs to playback.
iZip does not use any user's location information for any purpose. iZip uses an iOS library to access your photo album. Due to the fact that there is location information in your photos, we are required by Apple to get your permission to access your photos. Please be assured that we DO NOT retrieve and use any of your location information.
